There are many ways to needle the Bladder acupuncture points located in the upper back ☯️

I was taught to go downward transverse or oblique depending on the person frame & weight.
Sometimes I like to use a 3 to 4 cun length needle and thread a few points together ☯️

These upper acupuncture points are great to relax muscle tension in the area but also address disharmony of the organs they’re pertaining to.

BL 12 is a great acupuncture point for acute pathogen invasion (common cold, fever, cough..).

BL 13 is the Back-Shu point of the lung therefore great to address Lungs related issues.

BL 14 is the Back-Shu point of the Pericardium, therefore great to open the chest for cough & pain.

Cupping these acupuncture points is also a great way to expel pathogen invasion ☯️
