80g Butter 0.60
130g Cheddar Cheese 0.97
120g Milk 0.08
1 ½ tsp Baking powder 0.05

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
Rub in the butter to make a fine breadcrumb.
Add in the greeted cheese.
Pour in the milk and bring the ingredients together.
Roll out to about 2.5cm thick
Cut into rounds.
Bake in the oven at 200c / 390f / gas mark 6 for 15 - 17 mins.
