Join my walk around Nevel, the legacy of the Pskov land.
It was a typical Jewish majority country town within the "Pale of Settlement". 72,5% of inhabitants were Jewish in 1916, but due to repressions and WW2 the Jewish culture almost disappeared.
Recently Nevel became a town of "Partisan Glory" and got additional funding.
I spent a day there and show you how the small country town lives nowadays.
