Today, thanks to Master Mind Toys here in Canada, I was able to get my hands on a lot of the 2022 sets early! This is from the new subtheme for Super Mario - Luigi's Mansion. This set contains a ton of the rooms on the inside of the mansion, including a King Boo Boss Fight!
