A step by step procedure in making your own palamig (pinoy drinks) from scratch. It's a Filipino drinks that is well known all over the country using sugar, jelly and tapioca. Best drinks anytime of the year and great profit for business too!

Palamig Ingredients:

Gulaman
1 pack unflavored gelatin powder (red or green)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
6 cups water

Sago
1 cup cooked sago or tapioca
1/4 cup brown sugar

Arnibal:
1 kl brown sugar
2 cups water
12oz or 350ml vanilla flavor (artificial, i used white rose brand)
1/2 tsp banana essence
