INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
3 tsps Sugar
1/2 tbsp Chinese Cooking wine or Mirin
1 tbsp melted butter (at room temperature)
Cayenne pepper to taste
salt to taste (optional)
STORAGE: I try to use it within 5 days max. It is best stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
