Kumquat Marmalade Recipe
Kumquat is a small citrus fruit the size of an olive. It resembles and looks like an orange but the skin is thinner and not that strongly flavored. Hence why it makes a great fruit to be turned into marmalade. Kumquats are in season now from November to April, so you will have time to prepare a delicious kumquat marmalade at home. The recipe requires 3 ingredients only and it doesn't use any artificial pectin. We make it before Christmas to gift it as an edible food gift to our family and friends. Our neighbor loves it too and she appreciates a jar.
