Shepard: default Mshep, colonist, ruthless, vanguard, renegade

This is a modded romance (Same-Gender Romances for LE2 by rondeeno). Shepard romanced Kaidan in ME1 and stays loyal to him ME2. Since Kaidan appears only shortly in ME2 I added all the scenes where he is mentioned.
