Quality assurance body, Umalusi, has appealed to the Department of Basic Education to get an undertaking from Eskom to ensure there will be no load shedding during matric exams. Over 800 000 learners will write the English home language paper on Wednesday.
The National Senior Certificate exams run from the 27th of October until the 7th of December.
