A compromise between having no region trading and having fully-supported region trading, this feature allows you to transfer unwanted regions to your allies and vassals when occupying them. I may expand upon this further and implement full region trading in diplomacy in a similar manner to how Hardballer did in his region trading mod for Attila, but first I would need to work out how to make a custom barter system independent of diplomacy without being able to subtract from factions' treasuries due to scripting limitations.
