This meditation is for anyone that can feel that they are holding onto anger from past experiences. All of our emotions are of use to us, even anger, but we are not meant to carry them and hold onto them. When we feel anger it is meant to teach us something, it can be useful. Once the experience has passed and we have learned what we need to learn, we are meant to let it go. Holding onto anger only hurts the one holding onto it. This meditation exercise will help you to train your mind to let it go.
Our mind learns through experience and repetition, allow yourself to really feel this meditation, and practice so that it can be a skill for you. The ability to let go of what no longer serves us is a very powerful skill.
