How long does healing IBD take? That is the million dollar question! But if you work hard. Focus on yourself, commit yourself, you will eventually see the results you are after. We have coached people who have had the disease for 10+ years and they have done very well in 6 months. The aim of the game as coaches is to give you a platform or foundation to work from when we are not there. This is a long term solution not a quick fix. Creating healthier eating habits will only show benefits and keep doing it for a long period of time and you have the recipe for success.

It's also not a race, take your time and focus on your remarkable self healing body and what it is capable of. Try not to compare your journey with anyone else, get inspired but don't expect otherwise you will get disappointed if it doesn't happen in the time frame you wanted it to.
