We all know that due to sublimation camphor directly changes from solid to liquid. The low vapor pressure of camphor is the reason behind of its fragrance and also responsible for sublimation at some extent. It has low flash point due to its weak molecular bonds and it can be observed when only heating causes fire to the camphor. After it catches fire, the heat reaches to its autoignition temperature which is also low helps in burning without any further need of heat or ignition to it. It can be melted on constantly supply of low heat after reaching its melting point. It also shows Leidenfrost effect. #shorts #science #chemistry #education @CONCEPTUALGURUJI
