Hey y'all hope everyone is having a productive day
Not sure how many of you experience domestic violence but I can tell you 1st hand it's one of the worst thing's I ever went through. I found myself in a very dark place in my life when I went through verbal and physical abuse with a man I thought loved me. Until I said enough is enough I will not let no one define my self worth I had to regain my self esteem, my mental & confidence back. I never talk about what abuse because it's a sensitive topic it gets me kind of emotional. Something in my spirit wanted me to share my experience with you all.
