Brand new zenmuse gimbal h3-3d with a strange problem.
There is significant vibration from the roll motor in the gimbal, but only when the camera is perfectly level relative to the Phantom. And tilt forward or back or to the side and the vibration will stop!
If the gimbal is left in the level forward position though, it will vibrate and every 10 or 15 seconds or so, the motor will shut off and the camera will tilt to the side for a second or two before it recovers. I'm guessing the motor is over-heating. You can see it happen twice in this video. Listen carefully and you can hear the vibration too.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Should I return the gimbal under warranty?
