Ken's Run (2 kicks) into MK overhead is usually +3, but it has a few active frames and if you connect on the later ones you'll recover a bit more quickly than normal compared to your opponent (as they're locked in the same amount of hitstun regardless of which frame they get hit on).
Here's a few setups from common combo enders that make combos possible off the overhead.
From the closed beta test so may only be applicable for a couple more days, but this game's actually making me enjoy sitting in training mode 🤯.
