Intel's upcoming Arrow Lake "Core Ultra 200" CPUs, including the S, HX, and H variants, have been spotted with higher base clocks than their Raptor Lake predecessors. Despite Intel's focus on the imminent Lunar Lake launch, new details about Arrow Lake chips have emerged. Three new chips were discovered in Intel's test platforms: a 24-core Arrow Lake-S, a 24-core Arrow Lake-HX, and a 16-core Arrow Lake-H. The Arrow Lake-S chip features a base clock of 3.6 GHz, up 600 MHz from previous models. The Arrow Lake-HX chip boasts a base clock of 3.0 GHz, 800 MHz higher than its predecessor. The Arrow Lake-H chip has a base clock of 3.5 GHz, an increase of 1200 MHz over the current-gen flagship. These chips are expected to be more power-efficient than the 14th Gen Raptor Lake and 1st Gen Core Ultra CPUs. Additionally, Intel has managed to increase the desktop lineup's clock speeds to 5.7 GHz. The Arrow Lake-S CPUs are expected to launch in October, followed by mobility parts in late 2024 or early 2025. The new desktop lineup will also feature Z890 motherboards with the LGA 1851 socket.
