This allows you to specify a "Virtual Condition" boundary on your part where you can guarantee 100% assembly and interchangeability. You essentially have a variable geometric tolerance that depends on your size tolerance. The closer your size tolerance is to a beneficial assembly condition, the more geometric error you are allowed in your part.
