Massage guns have been credited with increasing athletic performance, accelerating recovery, and increasing mobility.
All of this could help endurance athletes, but what does scientific research say?
Interestingly enough, research hasn’t found conclusive evidence of a specific mechanism that makes you faster, but massage guns do seem to create a strong placebo effect that could actually improve your endurance performance.
