Chocolate halva rugolach
Vegan & gluten-free version:
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour ( or all-purpose gluten-free flour)
1/4 cup + 2tbs silan tahini
1tbs coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 scoopers of the goddess prebiotic
5-7 tablespoons of chocolate halva
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix flour with prebiotic & baking powder & mix well. Add tahini & coconut oil and mix by hand until you get a sticky dough texture ( if it’s dry, add more tahini )
Create a ball from your dough and place of a greased parchment paper
Use a pin roller to flatten the dough into a long triangle
Add the halva on the top and gently spread it all over
Use the parchment paper and start to roll in the dough into a long roll
Slice it up into halva, a rugelach shape
Bake for 10-12 minutes. The bottom should be golden brown. Let them cool completely.
Sprinkle the goddess prebiotic instead of powdered sugar & enjoy.
