"USA sex call / Umberto"
James calls a "sex line" in America. The back story for this is that earlier in the show he'd called a UK sex line and it was tame beyond belief so he called an American one to see if it was any better.
Then a call from Umberto, one of James's regular callers. From a different night to the sex call, but it was the next thing on the tape. The recording ends with James making Roberto (the guy who answered the phones) beat himself up.
