Want to make a delicious hashbrown breakfast casserole? **FULL RECIPE IN DESCRIPTION** This one will not disappoint. It can even be made the night before and stored in the refrigerator to quickly cook in the morning. This is even a favorite at our house for dinner.

Craig's Cowboy Breakfast Bake:
Ingredients:
1 package (32 ounces) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes (960 g)
1 Tablespoon (heaping) dehydrated minced onion (15 g)
1 pound roll breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled (480 g)
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided) (226 g)
8 large eggs (or 2 cups eggbeaters) (480 ml)
2 cups milk (480 ml)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
Directions:
Step 1: Cook sausage in medium skillet and drain. Set aside.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 X 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, cheese, onion, and cooked, crumbled sausage. Put mixture in prepared baking dish. In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over hash brown mixture.
Step 3: Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with remaining cheese. Place back in oven and cook for additional 5 minutes.
