Old Man Iron Era: Day 33: Summer Cut
Swapped Leg Day for Back Day….. Only joking I would never skip Leg Day, in fact I do Legs twice a week, as my legs need more work. They are skinnier than the rest of me so I need to bring them up for sure!
Bit it was a bit of a light day as I have to do it at 6am and that’s a hard time to bust out a heavy leg day 😼
Todays leg day: Leg press 3 warm ups, 85kg 3*17, Leg curl 2 warm ups, 35kg 3*17, Leg extensions 55kg 3*17, Calves 65kg 3*17, Side glutes 3.75kg 3*17.
