Belçika temsilcisini ve şarkısını Görevlendirme yöntemiyle belirledi. 20 Şubat 2024 tarihinde RTBF yayıncısı oluşturduğu jüri üyelerinin oylamaları sonucunda ülkelerini İsveç'in Malmö şehrinde düzenlenecek 2024 Eurovision Şarkı Yarışması'nda Belçika'yı Mustii "Before the Party's Over" adlı şarkıyla temsil edeceğini açıklamıştır.
