The first tune was named by the band De Danann, after a Connemara lady who loved the tune. The second tune is one of the best known slides in the tradition. My father, Tom Martin, plays harmonica or 'French fiddle' as it is sometimes known in the region, and this is one of our 'go-to' sets.
