Victoria Waldrip, 17, was arrested and charged with physically assaulting an officer and trespassing. Waldrip, of Marietta, has 1.4 million follows of her Instagram account WoahVicky. She claims she is black, but her arrest report lists her as "White." A N.C. mall spokesperson would not comment on why police were called to remove Waldrip. According to the report, she kicked an officer.
