This method is one way to handle the problem of self-adhesive postage stamps sticking to everything. I found this method a couple years ago online. I wanted to do a demonstration sharing my current favorite way to remove self-adhesive stamps and apply them to polypropylene which provides a non-stick, clear backing for the stamp.
