This is a requested video. The Ninja Foodi makes great steak and so easy. We have made the strip using the broil function as well as the tenderrcrisp function. When I broiled the steak it took 10 minutes and using tender crisp it took 13-15 minutes. However I think using the tender crisp method browned up the steak better but very close in comparison.
So this video is how to cook a new york strip using the Ninja Foodi and how quick and easy it is.
Using the broil function it took about 10 minutes compared to the 13 for tender crisp. So not really a difference in time. Also I di notice on both methods that the ends of the steak were always cooked more than the inside of the steak.
