Ingredients:
Oil 1 tsp
Menthulu / fenugreek seeds 1 pinch
Chana dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Ginger 80 gms approx
Tamarind
Dry red chilli 7-8
Jaggery 2-4 tbsp / as per ur taste
Garlic 5-6
Salt as needed
Water 1/2 cup
Cov & cook 2-3 min
Low flame
Turn off flame
Cool down
Grind into fine paste
Tadka:
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Chana dal 1 tsp
Red chilli 1
Hing 1 pinch
Curry leaves
Add tadka to chutney
Mix it
Allam pachadi ready
Best side dish for idli, dosa
