Here's how you awaken & ultimate awaken in Jump Force aka go Super Saiyan Blue, Six Paths Naruto, etc. Just fill the diamond shaped meter wrapped around your characters picture at the top of the screen half way up and then press R3 to awaken. After your first awakening you can fill it up half way again to perform an Ultimate awakening by pressing R3. To fill the Ultimate meter up, you need to take damage. Each time you're hit, it will fill up.
