Turn 1 of a playthrough of the 1861 Scenario of The Civil War, a game published by Victory Games in 1983.
Notes:
At 20:38, I set up the Secondary Command Priority marker for the Confederates in the West. The solitaire rules designate the Trans Mississippi as Secondary Theater for Turn 1. Fortunately, I correctly allocated the Command Points to each theater: 5 (East), 4 (Trans Mississippi) and 2 (West).
At 32:34, the Army of Northern Virginia attempted to react into the Army of the Potomac's move into hex 5106, a hex occupied by one (1) Union Strength Point. By exception, an army's Reaction Radius does not extend to a hex occupied by an enemy force. Luckily, the Reaction Roll failed and Beauregard would have entered the game when the Army of the Potomac announced its intention of moving into the next space, hex 5006, so it was a harmless error. Thanks to Joe Librandi for the heads up!
At 56:58, there should have been a two (2) column shift to the left on account of McClernand's defending force being in a swamp hex. The custom player aid marker I made erroneously reads: "Swamp 1 Left". Thanks to Ralph Graham at BGG for the correction.
