If you don't have your Greek mom or grandma handy I'll show you how to make authentic Greek Tzatziki!!

Ingredients you'll need:
1 Traditional Plain Yogurt 24oz (Full fat only, I can't stress this enough)
1 Medium Cucumber (I've already peeled it for the sake of time)
4 Medium sized cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Tsp of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Dillweed (garnish)

Shot of Ouzo!! Ok, not in the Tzatziki but to celebrate a job well done!
