Ingredients :
Fish Egg - 350gm
Cooking oil - 3-4 tbsp
Chickpeas flour - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - half tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
Onion - half medium finely chopped
Garlic - 2-3 cloves grated
Green chilli - 1 chopped
Coriander leaves - 1tbsp chopped
Tips :
Always add less salt and cook 1 patties in first batch then taste the salt amount.
If salt is more in the patties then add some Finley chopped onion to balance it.
Always add less Masala to the fish egg mixture then you will feel the fish egg texture, flavor & aroma.
