1. Kettlebell / Dumbbell Angled seated extreme incline press
2. Kettlebell / Dumbbell Lying decline fly`s
3. Kettlebell / Dumbbell Deep Hold Push ups
GIANT SET 3
1. Single Arm kettlebell / dumbbell Cross body press (L)
2. Single Arm kettlebell / dumbbell Cross body press (R)
3. Kettlebell / Dumbbell Close grip chest press
