In this video we get a older 18V Black & Decker Pole Saw back going. We upgrade the old Ni-cd pack with 18650 Li-ion cells.
We get the Pole Saw back in operation and works great and hopefully has many more years of life left in it. I will make this a 2 part video and in the next video we add the BMS board to the pack for the cell protection. Hope this is helpful, Thanks for Watching!
