So today I did my first flights with digital DJI FPV System ( ([ Ссылка ]) and I'm really impressed by the image quality. This so much fun and you can see so much details.
The range is really promising. With two TrueRC X-AIR 5.8 on my goggles I managed to get almost 7km range before the image too bad to go further. This was done on 700mW so there's still some room for improvement. By mistake I had set the low latency mode, HD mode should do better on a plane. Flying without OSD is really hard so I'm gonna go for that arduino mavlink hack ([ Ссылка ]) to get some data on the screen. I'm pretty confident DJI or iNav will come up with a clean solution for this problem soon.
For now enjoy this flight.
