Getting your first handgun or assault rifle in Death Stranding takes forever, but it's worth it. There are some precautions you need to take though. First off, avoid using lethal weapons and ammo - you don't want more BTs on your hands. Next, wearing armor plates helps is a good idea when encountering MULEs and Terrorists. Last but not least, bring a shitton of Blood Bags with you, because Sam uses them as ammo. Now, let the shooting begin.
