HOW MEDITATION INCREASES CONFIDENCE
The ONE thing that happens when you meditate is that you get to know yourself better, Your strengths, your values, AND what kind of life you want.
When you have that clarity - you no longer feel a need to FIT IN. Because if your strengths and values are different, then your goals will also be different. So why fit in? The people that fit in are often chasing someone else’s goals, thinking they are theirs.
When the need to fit in disappears, all that remains is confidence.
Confidence is simply being comfortable with being authentic.
