Current Kit: I'm playing on a Tama EFX Superstar 6 piece Hyperdrive in Red Silk. (If you really want to get crazy, here's the model number: SX62HZBN-RSK)
The sizes are (diameter X depth):

I also use a GMS Maple snare (with the black Remo skin, more info on that later) 13"x6.5"

Skins: I typically use Evans for a variety of reasons (cost, durability, tom sounds). Toms get G2 clear batters and G1 clear resonant heads, kick gets EQ4 batter and EQ3 ported resonant. 2 EQ Patches get cut in half, inverted and overlapped at the point of contact with the beater. Snare gets G2 Coated batter (GMS gets a Remo Black Suede Emperor) and Hazy 300 snare side heads.
UPDATE: I'm now using Remo Black Suede Emperors on the toms now too.
I use a variety of sticks, all depending on what the style is and how I'm feeling that day, but generally, I'm using either LOS CABOS 3A Red Hickory or 3DRUMSTICKS 5XBL Acorn Tip sticks.
