Charlie Adelson ex-girlfriend, Katherine Magbanua, said she previously turned down a plea deal because before, giving up Adelson also meant giving up her children's father, Sigfredo Garcia. Garcia was convicted of killing Dan Markel but Adelson is accused of masterminding the hit. Markel was in a bitter custody battle with Adelson's sister, Wendi. Magbanua says she's now telling the truth in Adelson's trial.
