This is description of Prosocial, the model for creating sustainable, cooperative teams based on principles and approaches from Organizational Behavior Management, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), evolutionary theory, and the Nobel Prize-winning research of Dr. Elinor Ostrom.
