This is the recipe of Curd Rice/Thayir sadam made with curd and cow milk.
Surprise to hear right,extreme tasty guaranteed.This creamy and tasty Thayir sadam is of unique idea.This dish is mainly cooked for lunch,best suitable with pickle and potato fry.This is a South Indian made recipe but of my mom's personal style with simple cooking steps.This is a unique recipe loved by all foodies and a special one for all variety rice lovers.This special Curd Rice/Thayir sadam is a simple recipe and one of my favorite recipe.

Recipe 1 - Curd Rice/Thayir sadam
Required Ingredients;
1 .Rice - 1/2 kg
2 .Thick Curd- 4 tablespoon
3 .Cow Milk - 7
4 .Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
5 .Coriander Leaves -1 sprig(chopped)
6 .Red Onion - 1
7 .Dried Chili - 4
8 .Ulundhu/Urad Dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
9 .Mustard Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
10.Salt - as needed
11.Cooking Oil - 2 tablespoon
Simplified Cooking Steps ;
1 .First step,do over cook the rice.
2 .In the meantime,take a fry pan with 2 tbsp oil.
3 .Do add ulunthu and mustard seeds and saute.
4 .Then do add dried chili and chopped red onions and saute.
5 .Saute them well.
6 .Do add curry leaves and saute.
7 .Do add the saute mix to curd and mix.
8 .Do boil and warm 750 ml of milk.
9 .To the overcooked rice,do add curd mix and salt.
10.Mix them and add boiled warm milk and mix.
11.Then add chopped coriander leaves.
12.Come on Family..the next and final step is just to enjoy the tasty and mouth watering Curd Rice.
