Cobra’s Kiss
1 oz (30 ml) Dark Jamaican Rum
(Pref. Kohala Bay Tribute Blend)
1 oz (30 ml) Aged Jamaican Rum
(Appleton 12)
.5 oz (15 ml) Fassionola
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Falernum
(BG Reynolds)
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Grenadine
(BG Reynolds)
1 oz (30 ml) Orange Juice
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Lime Juice
.25tsp Pernod/Absinthe
(St. George)
2 dash Aromatic Bitters
(Angostura Bitters)
Garnish: mint sprig
Glassware: snifter, collins glass, wine glass, tiki mug (really anything)
Ice: pebble
Method: whip shake
