This MAP is an interpretation of Darkstalker’s interaction with Qibli at the end of Wings of Fire book 10. Darkstalker is trying to convince Qibli to join him in manipulating himself to be king of everything. Darkstalker shows him his future, riddled with fame and power and fortune. Qibli, who has wanted animus magic his whole life, declines his offer for the sake of his friends. Everything turns as the ghost of Darkstalker’s father, Arctic, appears to torment him. It only gets worse for him as Kinkajou, the least likely suspect to ever save the world, hands him a strawberry that transforms him into Peacemaker.
