Im not sure what the dealer would charge for this but the A/F ratio sensor alone was $140 here in Tucson. Seriously the hardest part was getting (what I call a cannon plug) electrical connection apart. It can be done but is much easier when you look at the new plug so you know what your hands/fingers will be doing in the blind. I hope it helps someone.
