Tantra Hatha Yoga Practice with Echo Flow Yoga | Unlocking the Power Within

Yoga Instructor Echo Giesel Widmer guides a 23 minute Hatha Tantra yoga session. This guided sequence takes you into poses where you will use breath and slower movements to embody your practice. During this session, focus on the breath, with inhales and exhales and Echo guiding you from one pose to the next. Some poses might be challenging, and Echo invites you to take each one on with presence and compassion towards yourself and individual needs!
