Two earthquakes rattled parts of Southern California on Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. A 4.7-magnitude earthquake shook around 7:28 a.m. about 4 miles north of Malibu in Los Angeles County. About two minutes later, a 2.8-magnitude aftershock was reported at roughly the same area.
