If someone in your house starts showing symptoms of Coronavirus, what should you be doing? According to the World Health Organization (WHO), anyone with fever, cough and breathing difficulty should seek medical attention and follow the directions of their local health authority. However, there are steps that one can keep in mind while providing care to a COVID-19 patient who has been advised to stay in isolation at home. For instance, a person showing symptoms of Coronavirus should be put up in a well-ventilated room and only one family member should be taking care of the person. Once one person in the home is infected it's important for the rest of the household to stay indoors and avoid contact with anyone else. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has taken out an App, known as the Aarogya Setu App that provides alerts and advice on COVID-19 and is delivered in 11 different languages. This app will help people stay safe during the pandemic.
