A full day, desertish hard-core hike to the mountains of Eilat:
Solomon & Yehoram Mt, Bat-Sheva Wadi & Netafim Wadi.
A total of 16 Km ( 10 miles ) hike in challenging, and, to a certain extent dangerous hiking trail, not recommended for the faint-hearthed, and, for those who are afraid of heights.
This is one of the best trail I have taken, and, one of the most extreme ones.
Don't do this trail at the summer as most of it is in the sun ( and out of the shades ) since in summer the desert temperatures in this area can get dangerous.
Make sure to take at-least 4 litters of water per person, sun-screen, good shape hiking boots, a trail map ( the one in the video is not sufficient ), and, check the forecast for sudden flooding warnings in the area.
During the ascent to Mt Solomon, any wrong step can send you falling, down of the cliff, for more than few meters, make sure your shoelaces and any loose straps are are firmly tied before starting to stride.
It is recommended to camp on the night before at the Yehoram Mt camping-site where the trail starts, at this google maps link: [ Ссылка ]
The author is not a professional guide, the above mentioned, and, what is provided w the video shouldn't come as a replacement for professional advice, or, for using a formal trail map.
