New Balinese Food in Sydney ❤️
Bumbu Bali is now collaborating with Aurora Cafe 😆 They had a soft opening last week and I had so much fun. Linda, who is the owner of Bumbu Bali, provided us with a demonstration of the process to create Balinese Suckling Pig Rice (Nasi Babi Guling) - The most famous dish in Bali. They even had a whole suckling pig 🐽 Everything was nicely seasoned. The pork meat is super tender and had a very crispy skin. No need to worry! If you’re not a fan of spicy food, you can certainly make a special request 😉
